Roles at PBC:
Kim’s primary function at PBC is office management and administration. With over 6 years at PBC, Kim provides all the necessary support to our Account Executives, the accounting department, and our clients. In addition she does full cycle accounting for several clients and PBC. She was an integral part of PBC’s involvement with the DoD SBIR Help Desk contract with the DoD’s Small Business Office.
Kim also works with SBIR Colorado as a conference coordinator and planner. She is instrumental in the production of conference binders, the attendee registration process, as well as, creating graphic design and layout.
Previous Industry Experience:
Kim has thirteen years experience in office management and office administration. Her experience has included ordering of materials, scheduling of people and equipment, answering multi-line phone systems, creation of files, data entry, generation of reports including time cards, payment of invoices, general office duties and inventory, and full cycle accounting.
